Do I pay import duties?
Shipping is free to the 34 countries we ship to, and import duties are included in 21 of them. The full list is on our shipping and returns page.
Will it work with my mains voltage?
Yes. Every amplifier and mains-powered piece is configured for your local mains voltage before it leaves us. Choose your voltage when you order, or write to us if you are unsure.
How fast does it ship?
In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days. Units that need a different power transformer, such as UK versions, need about one extra week before dispatch.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return on regular-priced items. Sale items are excluded, return shipping is paid by the customer, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. EU cooling-off rights apply.
How can I pay?
By credit card at checkout.
Do you sell bundles?
No. Every piece is sold on its own. The pairings on our pages are suggestions, so you can build a system one step at a time.
